umbilical is an artist based record label and booking agency operating from São Paulo and with a focus on jazz and Brazilian music.
We craft records with care and passion, then make our most for them to be heard.
On the first quarter of 2021, our friends from the ori-gen collective invited us to produce a short documentary about our label for their live-stream series. It was just after our first 4 releases, so it introduces the artists and ideas that started it all.
